Yes. Weekly credits expire after 7 days, monthly after 30 days, annual after 365 days. Unused credits don't roll over. Each renewal starts fresh with new credits.

Refunds available for: duplicate charges (7 days), outages >24hrs, annual plans (3 days), billing errors. NOT for: weekly/monthly plans, output quality, or unused credits.
